At neodigital, we create, manufacture and operate immersive places & experiences imagined by Basile Bohard. Whether for museums, brands, theme parks or events, our immersive environments stimulate creativity and enable our audiences to come together to imagine the future differently! Through the magic of video, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects and interactivity, we create exhibitions, artworks, roadshows and museums designed to immerse our visitors in another space and time, inviting them to question, marvel and initiate their own journey.

Established in Bernay in 2010, the creative studio is located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, in a 1800 m2 Maison Normande. Just 1.5 hours from Paris, we offer you a working environment close to nature, where success is guaranteed. Without compromise.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interface with internal and external contacts & management of service providers
  • Introduce the artist and the neo digital studio to potential prospects;
  • Manage the artist’s professional and personal agenda: make personal and professional appointments, prepare meetings, organize travel in coordination with General Services, communicate information to teams.
  • Organization of meetings and events
  • Coordinate schedules with the operations manager
  • Manage physical reception areas in collaboration with the housekeepers of the various sites
  • Manage telephone reception
  • Manage expense reports
  • Prepare and archive files
  • Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes.
  • Personal purchases
  • Medical appointments and follow-up
  • Management of household employees and collaborators
  • Keeping primary and secondary residences running smoothly
  • Works management for property development

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent command of Pack Office and common languages, including French and English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritize the daily workload
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confidentiality and discretion

  • a commercial or administrative secretarial diploma or a managerial assistant diploma
  • BTS Assistant Manager, Assistant de Direction pour les PME & PMI or Assistant de Gestion de PME & PMI, Bac+2 level
  • the Bachelor’s degree in Private Concierge, Corporate Concierge, Personal Assistant at ICI (international concierge institute), level Bac+3.
